Shipping destinations

We ship across Canada and to the United States only. Free tracked shipping on orders of $50 or more (CAD in Canada, USD in the United States).

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Canada
Orders of $50 CAD or more: free tracked shipping, 1–4 business days in Québec and Ontario, up to 12 business days in the other provinces.
Orders under $50 CAD: Canada Post regular mail, $5 flat rate, no tracking, 5–10 business days. Tracked carrier options are also offered at checkout.

United States
Orders of $50 USD or more: free tracked delivery, 4–12 days.
Orders under $50 USD: tracked parcel, $8 USD flat rate, 4–12 days. Other carriers are also offered at checkout.
Customs duties are prepaid by Ornemoi: nothing to pay at delivery.

Extended delays may occur during the holiday season. We provide tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please contact us if you haven't received your order after the estimated delivery time.
