Yes! We ship to the United States through our dedicated US store at ornemoi.shop. Prices are displayed in USD and shipping is optimized for US delivery times.

Order deadlines vary by location to ensure delivery before Christmas. For the United States, we recommend ordering before December 10th. For Canada, deadlines depend on your province — Quebec and Ontario have later deadlines than western provinces. Check our website in November for exact cutoff dates each year.

Use the following link which will add the "COMBINE" promo code to your cart: apply the COMBINE promo code. You won't have to pay additional shipping fees and we will combine your orders. The COMBINE promo code should be used only if you already have an order in progress that has not yet been shipped. If you use this code, you must send us a message right away to let us know.

Since all our products are custom-made to order with your personalization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective (production error, shipping damage), or if your item breaks prematurely under normal use, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Yes! Our laser-cut wooden ornaments are built to last for years. Wood is a naturally durable material that ages beautifully. With basic care — storing them in a dry place after the holiday season — your ornaments will become cherished keepsakes you hang on your tree year after year.

No, we do not include a ribbon or hook with our ornaments. This is by design — it allows you to choose exactly the type of attachment you prefer to match your existing decorations, and it helps us keep our prices unbeatable. There are many great options available: metal clip hooks, sewn ribbons, classic string, or decorative ribbons in various colors and materials. All our ornaments have a pre-cut hole at the top, ready for your chosen attachment.

Christmas Classics feature intricate, detailed designs and are limited to 14 characters (including spaces) for personalization — perfect for individual names. Winter Classics allow more characters and even a short message on two lines if needed, making them ideal for couples, families, or custom messages. Winter Classics are also $1 less per ornament. It's easy! On the product page, select your preferred pattern, enter your name or text, then click "Add to cart." For Christmas Classics: enter ONE name at a time (14 characters max, including spaces), then repeat for each name. Combining two names (e.g., "Marie & John") is not accepted, but double names (e.g., "Mary-Kay") are fine. For Winter Classics: you can enter more than one name or a short message — no 14-character limit. Need more space? Choose Winter Classics.

Yes! On our Christmas Classics and Winter Classics ornaments, you can add a personalized engraved inscription at the bottom. On our Angel ornaments, the inscription is engraved at the top. This is a great option for adding a year, a short dedication, or a memorial message.

Our Advent Calendar is a complete kit that you assemble yourself — no tools or glue required! The pieces fit together like building blocks. Once assembled, you get a beautiful personalized wooden calendar ready to fill with surprises. Assembled dimensions: 30 cm × 30 cm × 7.5 cm (approximately 12" × 12" × 3").

The calendar has 24 compartments — one for each day from December 1st to Christmas Eve.

The drawers can hold small gifts, jewelry, candy, chocolates, tiny toys, or personalized notes. Each drawer measures 54 mm long × 30 mm wide × 32 mm deep (approximately 2⅛" × 1³⁄₁₆" × 1¼"), perfect for small treasures and surprises.
